VanTraya is a landscape design and build studio. Every project begins with listening: to the client, the site, and the way light and water move across it.
We bring an international design sensibility to Indian climate, craft and plant life. Alongside private commissions, we work with government and institutional clients on public gardens and campus masterplans.
Our own teams build what we draw, so nothing is lost between the design and the ground — from the first sketch to the final planting.

The VanTraya Collection
A curated collection of large, exotic specimens for residences, resorts and estates. Each plant is chosen for its form, maturity and health, and placed by the same team that designs the landscape around it.

Heritage olive
Gnarled, sculptural trunk with silver-green evergreen foliage. Slow growing; old trunks carry decades of character.

Queensland bottle tree
A swollen, bottle-shaped trunk that stores water, crowned by a light, open canopy. A true living sculpture.

Ponytail palm
A broad, elephant-foot base with cascading ribbon leaves. Multi-headed specimens make a striking focal point.

Bismarck palm
Vast, stiff fan fronds in silver-blue. One of the most architectural palms for a large garden.

Mature frangipani
Sculptural, candelabra branching with fragrant flowers through the warm months.

Century plant
A bold rosette of broad blue-grey leaves. Architectural, drought tolerant and low maintenance.

Sago palm
An ancient plant lineage with glossy, feather-like fronds on a stout, shaggy trunk. Very slow growing.

Giant white bird of paradise
Tall, banana-like leaves on clumping stems, with white and blue flowers on mature plants.
We help you choose the right specimen for the space, the light and the climate.
Each plant is inspected for form, root health and maturity before it is reserved.
Transport, craning and planting are handled by our own build team.
